Coordinate /coaches committee/for the production of annual video series and creating all criteria for coaches and players clinics

Day to Day operations of all fields and facilities
Coordinate with director of events

Administrative Assistant to the Board
Only Paid Position in Organization – at approval of Board
The “Face” of EBA operations
Responsible for reaching out to organization members at the request of the Board of Directors
Support continuous improvement and timelines maintenance
Meeting Minutes and Agenda Administration
Conduct Background Investigations through third party
Support Vendor Network and Sponsorships
Uniform Purchasing and Distribution
Bookkeeping and record management
Support the organization as necessary at Board, Coach, Parent and Player Levels
Support Try Outs and Administration
Non-voting member of Board of Directors
EBA Computer Laptop and Printer provided at no expense as part of position

Commitment to 1 monthly meeting for Board of Directors – 2 hours
Commitment to 35-40 hours paid weekly during “In-Season”

Age Group Leads - Team Representatives
One non-coaching representative from each team will be selected by the coaching staff as “Team Representative”
-Each team representative will support the functions of communication, assistance, and coordination for team not related to coaching staff duties.
-Great way to “Be involved with your community” and “EBA”
-Helps allows coaches to coach
-Allows Parent flow of communication to and from the Board of Directors
Each “Age Group” of team representatives will have an Age Group Lead including:
-Sluggers T-Ball Age Group Lead 
-Sluggers 7yrs Age Group Lead
-Sluggers 8yrs Age Group Lead 
-Sluggers 9-10yr Age Group Lead
-Sluggers 11-12yr Age Group Lead
-Sluggers 13-14yr Age Group Lead
-EBA Red Thunder (All Ages) 
-EBA Red Lightning (All Ages)
-EBA Red Storm (All Ages)
Each Age Group Lead will be elected by the group of Team representatives each year to represent all the team representatives to the board

Umpire Coordinator - Umpires
Reports to the Director of Scheduling and Calendar
Host Annual Clinic for Umpire Training with Director of Events
Coordinates all umpire scheduling for all games with Bruce Lowe’s Umpire Company
Recruits and Maintains Umpires
-Routinely supervises umpires to assure quality
-Commitment to 1-2 hours per week during season
-Commitment to 1- (2 hour) umpire training

-Paid per game basis – fees determined by the Board each season
-Certified for full understanding of league rules
-Commitment to 1 (2-hour  training

Marketing Coordinator /  Website Developer
Reports to the Director of Operations and Communications
Oversees event and league marketing
Works closely with Director of Events for event marketing
Supports Annual Vendor Sponsorship Drive

Website Developer
Supports all things Information Technology and Website based
Reports to the Director of Operations and Communications Commitment to 1 hour a week

Coordinator of specific league to represent all teams within each league

-To act as a liaison between each coach and the League they play in by providing answers and providing league information

Commitment to 1 hour a week during the season and all coaches meeting for the league you would represent

Field Maintenance Coordinator
Equipment Maintenance Coordinator

Construction Coordinator
Reports to the Director of Field Operations
Work as Liaison for Fields with KWAA and EGSA at Whitehawk Fields
Approved by the Board of Directors Annually
Job title descriptive of position and responsibilities

Field maintenance Coordinator is a paid position per our “Fields Condition Contract” time commitment per contract
Equipment Coordinator is two time per year. “Equipment in and Equipment out” !

Commitment to 5-6 hours per event

Construction Coordinator develops a crew of warriors to fix, repair and provide handyman services to EBA
