Payment Currency:
The Elkhorn Baseball Association {EBA} processes payments in US Dollar Currency.
Payment Options:
The EBA accepts Visa/MasterCard through Beanstream, an electronic payment processing company. We do not store your credit card number or billing information on/off line. Once your registration is completed your credit card and billing information is erased and only used by Beanstream to process your payment/refund.

The primary source of income to the organization is through Youth Baseball Registration and Business Sponsorships.

Refunds:
Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. If a player chooses to play up to the next level of play; for example: 8U up to 9U, {Parent} is agreeing that no refund is provided if the player does not meet the skill level necessary to safely compete in the play up age group.
If you need a refund for a registration due to your child not being able to play, you are welcome to contact us prior to the start of the Season via email: admin@elkhornbaseball.org.
The EBA is charged a fee to address chargebacks that are filed through your financial institution. If you find a charge on your card that you do not recognize, please contact us at admin@elkhornbaseball.org. We would appreciate the opportunity to further assist you and complete any refunds that are necessary.
Merchandise:
At times the EBA may sell merchandise to support the teams and operations of the League. Products are custom made. We will disclose at the time of checkout what the expected delivery timeframe is or follow up with you directly by email.
Personal Information:
Once you register with the EBA you agree to receive electronic communications from the EBA via email. Your personal information is not sold to or used by any third parties not discussed in this document. The EBA domain name is hosted by Network Solutions. Our website is hosted by Pointstreak Sports Technologies. Our payments are processed by Beanstream Electronic Payment Processing. By providing your landline or mobile phone number, you argree that the EBA and its representative may contact you with notices, updates and emergencies in relation to your player and participation with the organization. You agree that the EBA is not responsible for charges or fees that may accompany such communications. You may email admin@elkhornbaseball.org if you wish to be removed from our email/phone contact list. Every player must have a guardian with which we are able to communicate via email/phone; if you request to be removed we ask that you provide an alternate email/phone to your player's guardian.
